Ingredients
Black Olives, 100 grams Walnuts, 100 grams Garlic, 10 grams or to tasteBlack pepper, about a quarter teaspoon or to taste
Directions
Drain olives, saving a few tablespoons of juice.
Lightly crush and then peel the garlic.
Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until you reach your desired consistency. Thin with olive liquid if you feel the need.
