mashed Celeriac & Rutabaga

Ingredients
8 oz celery root(celeriac) diced 6 oz rutabaga diced2 cups boiling water1 packet herb ox chicken broth (nosodium)a pinch each of tarragon,rosemary and oregano1 Tsp peppercons1 Bay leaf.

heat water to boiling add the chicken broth packet
add the spices and vegetables,simmer until veggies are soft enough to mash. Drain and reserve the broth, remove the bay leaf,mash the vegetables and add some of the chicken broth if the mash is too dry.
