Turkey Curry with brown rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey2 cups skim milk1/2 cup white flour2 tbsp. curry powder1-4 tbsp. chopped onion1 1/2 cups of brown riceSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 4 1 cup servings

Brown turkey and onion in frying pan
Add flour and curry powder and stir in
Add skim milk
Reduce heat and stir until sauce thickens. If sauce is too thick, add more milk. Need more spice - just add more curry powder to taste.

Cook brown rice according to package directions. Serve curry over brown rice and add your favorite vegetable or side salad. Delicious and fast!
