Ingredients
2 lbs extra lean ground turkey2 lg baking potatoes1 lg onion, chopped 3 to 4 pieces turkey bacon, cut into strips2 cloves garlic, minced2 cups kale greens, chopped64 oz chicken broth32 oz vegetable broth1 to 1.5 cups fat free half and halfOregano to tasteBasil to tasteSea Salt to tasteBlack pepper to tasteGarlic powder to taste (optional)
Directions
Brown ground turkey with onions, turkey bacon, black pepper, sea salt, basil, oregano, garlic and garlic powder.
Pour chicken broth and vegetable broth over mixture, add cut potatoes and cook until potatoes are completely cooked.
Add the kale greens and the half and half and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.

    Sounds great. I know I LOVE the O.G. version so I'll probably go head over heels for the healthier version. Now if we can only get a healthier/ low-carb version of their breadsticks. - 10/3/07
