Ingredients
1/3 cup Oatmeal1/2 medium banana, sliced3 egg whites1/2 scoop vanilla whey1 Tbspn ground flaxseed1 packet Truvia
Directions
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Spray gridle pan lightly w/ oil spray.
Pour batter into 3 pancakes on pan.
Cook until golden brown.
Flip and cook other side until golden brown.

    Take an instant pkg. regular oatmeal, 1 whole egg, 1 med banana, no sweetener, 2 T flax meal add cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg & ginger or any spices you like. Cook as directed server with honey! Yummy yummy 😋! I have to eat soy & gluten free so this is perfect. - 12/9/17
