Kale Chips

Ingredients
1 head of kale, torn into pieces1/4 t salt1/8 t black pepper1/4 t garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Wash kale and tear into chip size strips. Toss with olive oil, salt pepper, and garlic powder.

Arrange on a baking sheet or stone. Bake for 20-30 minutes until crispy. Enjoy!
