* Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp *100% Pure Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp * Virginia Bear Pure Clover Honey, 2 tbsp * Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt, 2 cups * Lemon juice, 4 tbsp * Cereal - Nature’s Path Organic Pumpkin Flax Plus Granola, 2 cups
Directions
Cube apple to bite size pieces mix with syrup, lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon. layer in dish. granola, yogurt, apple mixture. again until done. ENJOY!
