Chocolate Cake Pumpkin Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 box of Chocolate Fudge cake mix (or any other flavor cake mix).1 cup canned pumpkin.1 egg white.Vanilla, cinnamon and additional sweetner to taste.
Directions
Whisk egg white. Add to canned pumpkin. Mix dry cake mix to 2 packages of oatmeal.
Mix wet and dry ingredients well. Use a mellon baller (or a 1 tablespoon scoop) to drop into mini muffin tins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 miniutes or till brown/done and a toothpick comes out clean.
