Italian Style Pasta Salad

1 box of your favorite pasta1 can chick peas (garbanzo beans)1/2 can black olives1/4 cup roasted red peppers (cut into small pieces)2 tbsp red wine vinegar2 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup Parmesan cheeseBasil, salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the pasta as directed on the box. Run cold water through it and allow it to sit in the refridgerator to cool down. Combine cool pasta with all other ingredients and mix well. Seasonings can be adjusted as needed. Allow to cool completely before serving (it tastes best that way!). Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
