Ravioli Supreme

Ingredients
1 package of Mama Rosie's Low Fat Cheese Ravioli made with Whole Grains1/2 cup mushroom, sliced1 cup assorted colored peppers, sliced1/2 cup sweet peas, frozenPam1 cup marinara sauce2 ounces soft goat cheese with garlic and herbs1 tablespoon herbs de provence2 slices proscuitto, slivered2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
Directions
1. Boil the water for the pasta.
2. Meanwhile spray pam and saute the mushrooms and peppers until tender.
3. Add the peas and ham, and saute until the peas are cooked - about 2 minutes.
4. Stir in the sauce and heat to bubbling.
5. Lower the heat and stir in the goat cheese, stirring until it is completely incorporated.
6. Once the ravioli are cooked, drain and put back in the pot.
7. Pour the sauce over and gently stir to incorporate!
8. Garnish with parsley
