Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients
1 box corn bread mix1/3 c milk1 egg1/2 c creamed corn1/4 c pimentos, diced1/4 c jalapenos, chopped1/3 c shredded Mexican cheese blend1 T sugar
Directions
Preheat oven at 400

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Let rest 5 minutes.

Grease muffin pans, fill each muffin slot half way.

Bake 20-30 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins. Serve warm or cold.
