Greek chicken with chick peas

2T. olive oil2 6 oz. chicken breast1 whole onion sliced1 red pepper sliced1/2 zucchini sliced1/2 squash sliced2 cloves garlic crushed or chopped1 lemon juiced2 cup spinach1 can chick peas3/4 c. chicken broth
Heat oil in large pan with lid
Add chicken breasts and allow to cook without moving for about 4 minutes.
Turn when brown on one side.
Add peppers, onions, squash, zucchini and garlic.
Cover and allow to cook stirring occassionally until most of the liquid is gone.
Add chicken broth and scrape bottom of pan.
Add chick peas, spinach, lemon and olives.
Cook, stirring occassionally until chicken is done and veggies are nice and soft.
Season with salt and pepper
Serve in a bowl with feta cheese sprinkled on top.
