Red Pepper Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 large red bell pepper2 shallots2 garlic cloves1 tbsp flour2 tbsp butter1/4 cup half and half1/4 cup 2% milk1/2 cup shredded parmesan
Directions
Saute red bell pepper in olive oil, add shallots and garlic cloves. Sweat until tender. Add 2 tbsp of butter to saute pan, melt and then add 1 tbsp flour. Slowly add cream and milk until thickened.
Toss with whole wheat pasta.
