Peanut butter Honey Balls (individual serving)

Ingredients
1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder2 teaspoons peanut butter2 teaspoons honey2 teaspoons oats
Directions
In a small, bowl mix the milk powder, peanut butter, honey and oats with the back of a spoon until well blended. Roll into two balls. Roll in oats and/or coconut if desired.

You can use protein powder instead of dry milk. Here are the stats:
