Lil's Crockpot Roast Beef w/ Vegetables

Chuck roast--desired size1 pkg. Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix4 cups water1 can beef broth2 tbsp Worcester sauceGarlic powder--as desired1/2 tsp ThymeRed potatoes--peeled and chunkedBaby carrots
1) Pour 1 cup water into crockpot; turn on on LOW.
2) Place chuck roast in crockpot.
3) Peel and chunk potatoes and place them and carrots in crockpot.
4) Pour can of beef broth over roast and veggies.
5) Measure 3 cups water in measuring cup; mix in soup mix, Worcester sauce, garlic powder, and thyme. Pour over roast and veggies.
6) Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours; the longer it's cooked the more tender it will be.
