Power Pancake

Ingredients
2 eggs4 T. Lowfat Cream cheesedash of cinnamon (may add more to your liking)2 packets Splenda or sugar substitute
Directions
Mix eggs, cream cheese, cinnamon, and sugar substitute together. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray and pour batter in. Brown on one side, flip, and brown on other side. Tastes great! May add a little maple syrup or some sugarfree jam on top. Makes one big serving.
