Tomato Basil Bruschetta

Ingredients
Plum tomato 1Olive oil, 1 tspBalsalmic vinegar, 1 tspsalt, dashbasil, 5-8 fresh leaves, choppedSprouted grain bread
Directions
Chop tomato into 1 cm (1/2 inch) little cubes and stir together with with olive, balsamic, salt, and fresh basil. Balance a heap ontop of a slice of sprouted grain bread and toast in toaster over for 3-5 mins to meld flavors together.
