Apple Fritter French Toast

Ingredients
3 large eggs, beaten1 1/2 cups skim milk1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1 loaf Nelson Brothers Apple Fritter Bread (24 oz loaf)
Directions
Combine eggs, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg; stir well. Cut fritter bread into 10 slices. Heat fry/griddle pan until hot. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Dunk bread in egg mixture and cook over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
1 Serving = 2 slices.
