Asian Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1.5 Lb Ground turkey1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth3 tbsp. Hoisin Sauce3 tbsp teriyaki sauce2 carrots shredded24 large boston or butter lettuce leavesSoy sauce (optonal)
Directions
Cook Turkey through. Add Broth, Hoisin sauce. Remove from heat and add Teriyaki sauce and shredded carrots. Spoon 1/4 cup of filling into center of each lettuce leaf. Serve with soy sauce if desired.
