Beef and Cabbage Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, 96% lean4 cloves garlc, minced1/4 cup organic chicken broth, low sodium2 cups shredded cole slaw mix, raw1/4 cup fresh cilantro, choppedsalt to tastepepper to tastedash of cayenne pepperapprox. 12 large romaine lettuce leaves8 Tbsp. salsa
Directions
Heat skillet. Add ground beef and garlic and brown meat. Take out and set aside. Put cole slaw mix, salt, pepper, cayenne and broth in skillet and cook until tender. Add beef and cilantro to skillet and cook for one minute on high heat. Remove. Stir in salsa, if desired. Spoon evenly into lettuce leaves and serve. Makes 4 servings. (Approximately 3 wraps per serving).
