Ingredients
*Couscous (wheat - Near East 100% Natural), 4 cups/1 box*"Shedd's Spread" Country Crock, Light 1 tbspOnions, raw, 0.25 cup, choppedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, choppedCucumber (with peel), 0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") *Wishbone Spray Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1.5 serving Garlic, 1 tsp Salt, 4 dash Pepper, black, 4 dash
Directions
Prepare couscous per box directions, substituting the light spread for the oil and adding the minced garlic to the water before boiling. Dice all vegetables and add to finished couscous. Add salt, pepper and balsamic spray to taste.
