Chicken Quinoa Vegetable Bean Soup

Ingredients
Approx 10 cup water1 cup dry Quinoa/ be sure to rinse well 1st before adding1 15oz can of Hunts Sauce1 15.5 oz Goya Cannellini Beans1 16oz Birds Eye Classic Mixed Vegetables1/2 cup diced raw onionsFrom a previously roasted chicken:Remove skin from & add:2 thighs2 drum sticks1/2 chicken breast OR can use the chicken carcass with most of the breast removed & no wings.Curry PowderDill WeedItalian Seasoning
Directions
Makes 15, 1 cup servings

Fill pot with water, add chicken bring to a boil.
Lower heat to medium add all other ingredients.

Also drain & rinse beans

* Be sure to rinse the Quinoa very well before adding.
Otherwise Quinoa will give a bitter taste.

Cover with lid, stir often so it doesn't stick to bottom.

When fully cooked, remove bones.
