Fried Apples

Ingredients
1 lg tart apple1 tsp splenda2 dash cinnamoncooking spray
Directions
Peel, core and slice apple
Mix splenda and Cinnamon, set aside
heat frying pan to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Arrange apples in single layer. Cook 4 min. Turn over. Cook another 4 minutes until apples are tender-crisp. Apples can be slightly browned. Sprinkle with splenda- cinnamon mix. Serve warm. Makes 1 1-cup serving
