Steamed Portabella Mushroom Burger

1 Portabella Mushroom cap about 100 grams1 tbsp Olive Oil1 slice Borden Southwest Pepperjack Cheese Single1 Nature's Own White Wheat hambuger bun1 slice sweet red onion1 tbsp Great Value Chunky Salsa - mediumGarlic powder - 1 pinchOnion powder - 1 pinchOregano - 1 pinchBlack pepper - 1 pinch
Preheat oven to 400*F
Clean mushroom thoroughly under running water and take out gills. Dry mushroom.
Rub/brush 1 tbsp olive oil on outside and inside of mushroom.
Place mushroom scooped side up on aluminum foil about 1 square foot in size.
Cut sweet red onion into slice about a 1/4 inch thick and separate and place on mushroom.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and black pepper.
Place pepperjack cheese on top of mushroom.
Fold aluminum foil to make a pouch and cook for 20 minutes.
Toast bun and transfer mushroom to bun and top with 1 tbsp chunky salsa.
