Honey Pineapple Chicken (slow cooker)

Ingredients
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves2 tablespoons canola oil1 can (8 oz) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup honey1/3 cup lemon juice1/4 cup butter, melted2 tablespoons prepared mustard2 teaspoons soy sauce
Directions
-In a skillet, brown chicken in oil in bathces on both sides; transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink. Strain pan juices, reserving pineapple. Serve pineapple over chicken.
