No Flour Oat-Nut Cookies

Ingredients
1 egg1 cup brown sugar1 cup oatmeal1/2 cup peanut butter1/2 cup almond butter1/2 cup dark chocolate chips — optional
Directions
Beat egg, mix all ingredients together.
Form into 1/2 to 1 inch balls and flatten slightly, on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
