Blueberry Yogurt smoothie

Ingredients
Liquid yogurt, 1.5cups Blueberries, fresh or frozen, 1.5cups Berry mix, 1 cup Protein powder, 1 scoop, (optional)
Directions
Pour liquid yogurt into blender and add protein powder (optional) and blend for 1 minute. Use a spoon to scrap the sides and make sure that the powder is mixing well. If need be continue to blend. Add the blueberries and berry mix and blend for 3 to 4 minutes, until it is at the texture that you like.
Makes 4, 8oz servings.
