Italian Bean and Turkey Soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkey1 medium onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, chopped1 zucchini, diced small2 carrots, chopped small2 cans of navy beans, rinsed and drained2 cups of chicken stock, no salt added preferabley6 cups of water1 ounce can of no salt added tomato sauceFresh ground pepper (to taste)1 tsp of oregano1 tsp of basil
Directions
Brown turkey meat, and drain off any fat. Add back to pan, and over medium heat, add veggies. Saute until onions are translucent. Add spices and sautee for 3 minutes. Add chicken stock, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to boil, and then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Makes 10-1 cup servings.
