Pan Seared Tuna

Ingredients
4oz. Tuna Steak1 tbsp. each: fennel seed, corriander, cumin1 tsp. salt & black pepper1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a small skillet over low heat, toast the fennel and corriander for 5mins, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Remove from pan and place in a grinder with the salt - grind until powdery. Add pepper and cumin, then place all the seasonings onto a flat plate. Dredge the tuna steak in the seasonings. Over medium-high heat, add the olive oil to the skillet, then the seasoned tuna, and sear 5 mins, then flip and sear 3 mins. Serves 1.
