Crunchy Seed Salad Mix

Ingredients
150g Salad Sprout Mixed seeds125g Cucumber (cored & diced)1/2 cup Green Pepper (chopped)1/2 Lettuce (pref. sweet tangy; thinly coarsely shredded)Handful Fresh Cilantro/Mint/Basil (coarsely chopped)1/2 hot chillies (optional)
Directions
Toss all ingredients together and store in airtight container in the refridgerator. The idea is to keep moisture out and add those as needed. Lasts for 3 days. Serves 4-6 depending on portion size.
