CrockPot Fiesta Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1lbBeans, black, .50 cup Garden Vegetable Blend Mexican Style (frozen), 0.50 cup 12 oz Jar Chunky Salsa*Maria Luna's Mango Pico De Gallo, 12 oz1/2 Cup Uncooked Brown Rice1 Tbsp Cumin
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker before heading off to work.
Set cyles to cook on high for 30 minutes; cook on low for 7 hours. Keep warm.
When you get home, shred the chicken with two forks.

Makes enough for at least 12 tortillas!

I served with La Tortilla Factory 50-calorie tortillas, lettuce, light sour cream, hot sauce and more mango pico de gallo~yum!
