*Potato, raw, 6 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick) (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove)*Corriander, 1 tsp (remove)1 tsp garam masala
boil potatoes until al dente
heat oil and butter in pan, add spices and mix for i min to fully blend
in food processor, mix tomatoes, onions and garlic, add to spiced oil. Cook down for 5 min.
Add cooked potatoes, chickpeas and coconut milk and mix well
Cook another 5 min
