Ingredients
12 oz. can fat-free evaporated milk1 package sugar-free French vanilla instant pudding15 oz. can pumpkin puree1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Whisk together the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until thickened. Whisk in pumpkin and spices. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Makes 4 large servings at about 125 calories or 6 smaller servings at about 85 calories.
