1 cup of soy flour1/4 cup ground flaxseed1/4 cup of plant-fusion protein powder(about 1 scoop)2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1 banana1 and 1/2 cups water1/2 cup "hemp dream" hemp milk/drink1/2 cup organic oats
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a blender, process the water, hemp milk, and banana. Add the oats to this wet mixture, and blend through for a few seconds. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and fold until blended. Pour batter onto a pre-heated griddle or pan- makes 10 pancakes about 5" in diameter.
