Chocolate peanut muffins

Ingredients
3 cups tortilla flour mix1/2 cup cocoa powder3/4 cup peanut butter1/2 cup mashed banana1 cup sugar2 large eggs1 1/2 cup buttermilk1/2 cup peanuts plus some for sprinkling if desired (about 1 cup total)1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Blend dry ingredients, then blend wet separately. Stir together JUST until mixed, then add peanuts. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

If you omit the chocolate chips, you save 26 calories per muffin--so why bother?
