Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients
2 red peppers (roasted for about half an hour at 350)2 tsp balsamic vinegar2 tsp tomato paste2 garlic cloveshalf tsp smoked paprikahalf tsp cayenne pepperhalf tsp sea salt
Directions
Roast red peppers for about half an hour at 350 - will vary depending on oven, I used 350 on convection roast setting

Add all ingredients to food processor and mix. Seasonings can vary, the original recipe I found didn't include salt or paprika.
