Eat Clean Greek Style Steak Pasta Salad

Ingredients
12 canned Artichoke Heart, quartered2 green onions, chopped1 large red pepper slivered 1 large yellow pepper slivered 1 cup chopped red onions, 1 big bunch fresh Spinach, de-stemmed, rinsed well, blanched and chopped16 Cherry Tomatoes, halved 1 cup Celery, diced 1 cup, chopped Carrots2 dry servings Spaghetti - Tesco wholewheat, cooked al dente¼ C Feta Cheese, crumbled 1 tbsp Olive Oil3T Red Wine Vinegar1 clove GarlicCavender's Greek Seasoning to tasteoregano
Directions
Cook Steak to taste.

Slice into five even servings and divide among the bowls.

Combine next 9 ingredients and scallions in a very large mixing bowl.

Top with olive oil, vinegar, seasonings and crumbled feta.

Divide evenly among the bowls.

Toss and allow flavors to mingle overnight.

Serve cool or at room temp.
