wheat & asparagus pilaf

Ingredients
1 cup bulgur1 cup chopped asparagus1 cup chopped onion2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 can drained Del Monte organic diced tomatoes3 cloves garlic chopped2 cups water1 tbsp basil1 tbsp parsley1 tbsp cilantro
Directions
Saute veggies in olive oil until tender; add bulgur stir for 1 min. Add water bring to boil. Cover and place in 350* oven for 20 minutes.
