Ingredients
* Carrots, raw, 7 cup, chopped (remove) * Leeks, 2 leek (remove) * Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove) * *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove) * Onions, raw, 2 small (remove)
Directions
add all ingredients in a stock pot. Add 10 cups water and simmer for 60 minutes or a couple of hours. Run through blender and reheat.
