Tzatziki from ff Greek Yogurt (ett's entry)

Ingredients
about two cups fat free chobani greek yogurtdill, driedcucumber diced and pressed from all water liquidgarlic cloveslemon zestlemon juice from that lemon
Directions
chop cucumber, allow to drain in sink with some sea salt to pull out liquid. Put drained chopped cucumber into cuisinart with pressed garlic, lemon zest and juice, and chop til fine chopped but NOT a pasty mess.

add all to the yogurt, add dill, refrigerate.
Delish for carrots and cucumber and celery sticks, or over some nice hot salmon.
