* Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tbsp * jessy's applesauce, 3 tbsp * Apples, fresh, 1 large , pureed * Raisins, 0.5 cup , finely chopped * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Wholemeal flour, 2 cup * Milk, nonfat, 0.75 cup * Peanuts, dry-roasted, 0.25 cup , finely chopped1 cup no calorie sugar sub (splenda)1.5 tsp vanilla extract
mix dry then wet then bake at 400 F for 20 to 25 min. let cool then enjoy. makes 16 servings. A serving = 1 medium muffin
