1 Large Head Cauliflower, Trimmed3 Tbsp. Heavy Cream3 Tbsp. ButterSaltPepper
Directions
Boil cauliflower until soft. Drain in a colander.
Put cauliflower, salt, pepper, butter, and heavy cream into a blender and blend until creamy.
