Creamier Non-Fat Tomato Soup

Ingredients
2 tbsp chopped garlicCooking spray14 oz Hunt's Diced Tomatoes14 oz Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano13 oz evaporated fat free milk1/2 raw onion, chopped1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp dried basilSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Saute garlic in one quick shot of cooking spray.
Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
When soft, add cans of tomatoes and cook until bubbly.
Add oregano and basil and cook until it smells good to you.
Put the sauce into a chopper (like the Magic Bullet) and blend until smooth.
Add back into pan and stir in can of evaporated milk.
Once smooth, pour into a bowl/mug/whatever and enjoy!
