Cabarnet Sauvignon Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Cabarnet Sauvignon2 sticks unsalted butter3 cups Powdered Sugar
Directions
1) Heat red wine in small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil.
2) Maintain gentle boil until liquid is reduced by half.
3) Cream butter in electric stand mixer on slow speed.
4) Slowly add sugar and increase speed to medium.
5) Slowly add red wine reduction and continue mixing until frosting is smooth and creamy.
