Desiree's Turkey Egg Rolls

6 egg roll wrappers6 oz. ground turkey breast6 oz. broccoli slaw (shredded broccoli stems, red cabbage, carrots- available in packaged produce section)2 T. oyster sauce2 T. peanut oil
Sautee turkey until cooked through. Add broccoslaw and steam, covered, until tender. Remove from heat and stir in oyster sauce. Let mixture cool slightly.
Fill egg roll wrappers according to instructions with 1/6 of turkey mixture in each. Cook seam side down in small skillet with peanut oil; turn when golden brown on one side, remove when crispy and drain on paper towels. Serve with more oyster sauce for dipping or duck sauce (not included in nutrition facts).
