Vegetarian Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 jar marinated artichokes1 can whole peeled tomatoes1 medium onion, chopped2 cups green pepper2 cups red pepper1 cup black olives1tbsp extra virgin olive oilwhole wheat spaghetti, cookedparmesan cheese
Directions
In large saucepan, saute onions and peppers in oil. Add artichokes, tomatoes, and black olives. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve over spaghetti and top with parmasan cheese.
