Crock Pot Thai Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs3 Tbsp Fish Sauce3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce1 tsp ground black pepper1 heaping Tbsp minced garlic2 Tbsp cannola oil
Directions
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place on bottom of crock pot
Whisk other ingredients together. Pour over chicken. Cover tightly, and cook on low 6 hours.
Serve with Jasmine rice.
