Mexicano Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
seasoning: paprika, liquid smoke, cilantro, pepper, and chili powder
Directions
cook rice and brown sausage

mix everything together and stuff each pepper

cook at 375F for 35 minutes covered in a baking dish in one inch water

remove covering top with mozzarella and broil for 5 min
