Hot Honey Chicken

Directions
4 chicken leg quarters, skin and de-fatted1 tsp salt1/3 cup honey1 tbsp hot pepper sauce ('red hot'). or to taste(nutrition facts based on eating a thigh)
1 - Arrange chicken pieces in crockpot or oven-going casserole pan. Sprinkle with salt. Combine honey & pepper saucel. Drizzle over chicken.
2 - Cooking options (slow-cooker makes it tenderest):
(1) Slow Cooker, Frozen = Bake on high for 4 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours.
(2) Slow Cooker, Thawed = Bake on high for 3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours.
(3) Oven Baked = Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for at least 45 min at 350 if thawed, at least 1 hour or ore if frozen.
