2 quarts waterchicken partschicken stock base ( 1 spoonful)1 large white onion diced2 bell peppers diced1 can original rotel tomatoes1 1/2 tsp chili powder1 tsp cumin ( not seeds)1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp garlic saltsalt & pepper to taste
combine water, chicken and chicken stock, boil until chicken is done. Remove chicken and dice. Add chicken and all remaining ingredients. simmer until done. Serve with tortilla chips and cheddar cheese on top. Serves 8
